Please note: We do not propose to define minority for you, but general
categories of racial/ethnic diversity we presume to be included in the
term minority are indicated on the posting page for your reference.

please do not fill in a posting form. Corporate counsel searching
this database are presuming that those listed are non-white racial and
ethic minorities. Any corporate counsel searching this system who
retains someone listed in this directory who is not a minority, will
not be likely to favorably view that retention upon disclosure of your
non-minority status.
Postings are listed by "individual," and not by firms (even though
searchers can search by firm affiliation), so you have to fill out a
separate profile for each attorney . . . you may not list more than
one attorney in a record.
